Studio AnYo in the Vinohrady district specialises in antigravity yoga - a practice using silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling that blends yoga, pilates and dance. Classes run for children and adults at all levels. Beyond aerial yoga, the studio offers salsa and bachata lessons and summer dance camps.
