Marie Rottrová brings her Great Autumn Gala Concert to Zlín on Saturday, 31 October at the Congress Centre on T. G. Masaryk Square. This is one of three Czech dates on her autumn tour. The Congress Centre is a modern multifunctional building in the heart of the regional city, designed by architect Eva Jiřičná and opened in 2010. The venue hosts the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic and serves as a major cultural venue in the region. The concert will feature the greatest hits of the legendary Czech singer.

About the venue: Congress Centre Zlín

Kongresové centrum Zlín is a modern multifunctional building on náměstí T. G. Masaryka in the centre of Zlín. Designed by architect Eva Jiřičná, a native of Zlín, it was inaugurated in 2010. The venue is home to the Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic and features a main hall for over 850 seated guests, a chamber hall, and a recording studio. It hosts concerts, congresses, balls, festivals, and educational events.

About: Marie Rottrová

Czech singer, pianist, composer and lyricist Marie Rottrová was born on 13 November 1941 in Ostrava-Hrušov. Known as the "Czech Lady Soul," she began performing in the early 1960s with Ostrava-based bands Majestic and Flamingo, relocating to Prague only in 1985. Across more than six decades of artistic activity, she has recorded over thirty albums and performed at more than three thousand concerts; in 2024, President Petr Pavel presented her with the Medal of Merit, First Class.

In December 2024, Rottrová performed two Christmas galas with the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava - on December 1st at the Ostravar Arena and on December 22nd at the Prague O2 Arena.
