The Big Lebowski

Jeff "Dude" Lebowski is a notorious slacker whose life revolves around bowling, marijuana, White Russian cocktails, and his beloved rug. One day he is attacked by a pair of gangsters and they destroy his rug - all because of a case of mistaken identity with his multimillionaire namesake, who owes money to a certain pornography producer.

When the Dude demands compensation from his namesake, he gradually gets tangled up in a crazy kidnapping involving a briefcase full of money, his lazy friends, a porn producer, and a feminist performance artist. The quest for justice and a new rug is a story that cannot be told - it must be seen.
