Jumbisté: JUMBO

Jumbo was the largest elephant in human history and one of the first global animal celebrities - seen by over 15 million adults and 4 million children. His exceptional size made him famous, and he became the darling of Great Britain and later the United States, where P. T. Barnum bought him for his circus. How did his fans perceive him, and what was he really like? A great elephant with great nightmares - never alone, yet profoundly lonely.

The theatre group Lovci suvenýrů (Souvenir Hunters), known as Jumbisté, has created a performance that looks into the heart of this elephant. The performance is intended for children from age 5 and their parents, with a duration of 45 minutes.
