Marie Tilšarová & Kdo Jsme My

A concert by Czech folk singer-songwriter Marie Tilšarová with the band Kdo Jsme My in the baroque Church of St. James in Nové Hrady near Skuteč.

Marie Tilšarová writes and performs songs with simple melodies and powerful lyrics rooted in everyday life and emotion. She performs either solo or accompanied by musicians from the band Kdo Jsme My - each time in a slightly different lineup and arrangement.

The ensemble boasts numerous accolades: Marie is a finalist of the Songwriters' Garden competition, together they won PORTU 2023, the Golden Czech 12 award from Czech Radio, triumphed in the Chance Musician competition, and won the folk competition Notation.
