The Czech Gardeners' Association Brno Lilium section, in cooperation with Benedictine Abbey Rajhrad, is hosting a lily exhibition from July 3-6, 2026. The event showcases the breeding achievements of leading lily breeders in the Czech Republic.

About the venue: Benedictine Abbey Rajhrad

Rajhrad Abbey, some 10 km south of Brno, is the oldest Benedictine monastery in Moravia, founded in 1045 by Duke Bretislav I as a dependency of Břevnov Abbey in Prague. The present baroque complex, including the abbey church of Saints Peter and Paul, was built in the 1720s to designs by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichl. Since 2005 the monastery houses the Museum of Literature in Moravia, whose historic library holds 65,000 volumes; the church itself is open to visitors daily.
