AQUAPALACE HOTEL Prague, Prague
The III. Distributed Clinics Conference focuses on comprehensive senior care - integrating medical, social, and clinical services in nursing homes and outpatient settings. The central theme is coordinated care for the growing elderly population, particularly in the context of multimorbidity and long-term care.
The conference is accredited within the continuing medical education system under Czech Medical Chamber Professional Regulation No. 16 and awards 5 credits. The programme is designed for physicians and healthcare professionals involved in senior care, with capacity for up to 327 participants. The entire day is moderated by Kateřina Boušková. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
The professional programme is structured as a practice-oriented overview of key areas: geriatric psychiatry (including ADHD in older age), nutritional therapy in seniors, modern wound-healing approaches (moist wound care), and internal medicine in the context of multimorbidity.
The conference includes practical workshops: compensatory medical devices - selection and correct indication, modern wound-healing methods - moist wound care in practice, and nutritional support for seniors - practical approaches and solutions.
