Malina Brothers Concert

Malina Brothers invite you to a concert in Prostějov. Fifteen years ago, brothers Luboš (banjo, Druhá tráva), Pavel (guitar), and Josef (violin) came together on stage, joined by bassist Pavel Peroutka (Spirituál kvintet), and founded Malina Brothers. The musicians offer the best of Czech tramping and bluegrass music they grew up with. They have performed several concerts in the USA, released five studio albums and a jubilee DVD featuring guests Charlie McCoy and Kateřina García. Audiences will hear beloved songs like "Stín staré řeky", "A život běží dál" and "Rychlejší koně", as well as tracks from their current album "V peřejích", released in January 2024. The new CD features texts by Radůza and Pepa Lábus, and includes performances by Winston Watson, legendary drummer for Bob Dylan, and other notable guests. Malina Brothers are preparing a brand new album scheduled for release in January 2027.
