Tribute to Hana Hegerova in Chrudim

A tribute to Hana Hegerová comes to Chrudim on Sunday, 25 October 2026 at the Divadlo Karla Pippicha. Zuzana Němcová Šmejkalová presents a two-hour programme of twenty-five chansons, accompanied by pianist Kateřina Marie Kraft and drummer Jakub Němec. This performance is one of nine dates across the Czech Republic, running from June through October. The Divadlo Karla Pippicha, a constructivist building from 1931-1934, provides an intimate setting for this musical project dedicated to the legendary Hana Hegerová. The programme has already played in numerous Czech venues - from chamber halls and city theatres to churches and amphitheatres.
