Petr Švancara brings his new comedy show Já su já to Ostrava-Zábřeh on Wednesday, 20 January 2027 at the Akord cultural centre. This performance is one of nine dates across the Czech Republic on his current tour. The Akord, a 1959 building designed in socialist realist style, underwent extensive renovation in 2013-2015 and now serves as a modern cultural venue in the Zábřeh district. The show draws on stories from Švancara's football and personal life, behind-the-scenes moments from television programmes, and encounters with audiences.

About the venue: Akord, Ostrava-Zábřeh

The Akord cultural centre in Ostrava-Zábřeh has stood since 1959, designed by the studio of Jiří Kroha in the socialist realist style; together with the surrounding buildings on náměstí SNP it forms a notable architectural ensemble. A major renovation completed in 2013-2015 transformed it into a modern congress and events venue with capacity for up to 1,000 visitors. The programme covers theatre, concerts, balls and courses, and in summer the outdoor Letní zahrada hosts the traditional Prázdniny v Akordu festival. The complex also includes three halls, seven salons, a restaurant and a three-star hotel.
