Monika Absolonová brings her tour to Český Krumlov on Thursday, 3 December 2026 at the Zámecká jízdárna. The advent concert features Christmas songs from her gold album Až do nebes, alongside pieces from musicals and her new album LÁSKA. The Zámecká jízdárna, a baroque building from 1744-1746 within the Český Krumlov castle grounds, provides a distinctive setting for the evening. This date is one of five Czech performances on her current tour, which also includes stops in Blansko, Jemnice, Plzeň, and Brno. Absolonová will be accompanied by her own band, vocalists, and the Kapralov quartet.

About the venue: Castle Riding Hall

The Castle Riding Hall is a Baroque building from 1744-1746 in the grounds of Český Krumlov Castle, built in the Viennese Rococo style at the behest of Prince Josef Adam of Schwarzenberg. It was designed by Viennese architect Andreas Altomonte, with stucco decoration by sculptor Jan Antonín Zinner. After World War II the hall served as a gymnasium and scenery store; it was converted for cultural use in the 1970s. Today it hosts concerts of the International Music Festival Český Krumlov, balls, conferences and wedding receptions, with a capacity of up to 700 seats.
