Love & Nikol Votrubová

Two solo artist concerts in one evening - catchy pop-rock, distinctive folk-pop and a shared finale. SuperStar semi-finalist NIKOL VOTRUBOVÁ accompanied on piano by Petr Daniel Varaus will perform her singles "Hra na city", "Chlapče", the radio hit "Jsou dny" and her personal favourite "Sára". The main part of the evening will be dominated by singer-songwriter LÁSKA (Václav Vaňura) with his guitar and looper. Expect hits like "Mraky", "Easy den" (with Xindlem X), duets with Jakub Děkan ("Schizofrenní"), Petra Janů ("Světla reflektorů") and their joint song with Nikol Votrubová "Rád ti budu lhát". Nikol Votrubová gained wider recognition as a semi-finalist in the SuperStar competition. Her energetic pop-rock work draws on excellent lyrics written by her regular lyricist and well-known impressionist Petr Jablonský. Her biggest hit "Sára" holds a special place in her repertoire - a very personal and emotional song she dedicated to her own sister. Her emotionally charged songs will take on an intimate dimension at SPOT - Nikol will be accompanied on piano by Petr Daniel Varaus (GoliBand, HashTrack Band). Besides "Sára", her other official singles like "Hra na city" and "Chlapče" will be heard, and the successful radio hit "Jsou dny" will not be missing, which is doing well in rotations. Expect a powerful voice and great musical vibe.

Láska (Václav Vaňura) is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and former member of the well-known punk-rock band zakázanÝovoce. Although he performs solo on stage, his acoustic guitar playing and looper allow him to create a full sound and show like an entire band. His work stands out for its sharp, witty lyrics from everyday life, with plenty of exaggeration, humour and healthy irony. He has won audiences with mega-hits like "Mraky", "Easy den" (with Xindlem X), "Dva z jiný planety" and "Hezká písnička". He has successful musical collaborations to his credit - whether it's the hit single with Jakub Děkan ("Schizofrenní"), the successful duet with legendary Petra Janů ("Světla reflektorů"), or the joint duet with Nikol Votrubová called "Rád ti budu lhát".
