The 17th annual wine festival where you can taste wines from both small and professional winemakers. From 11 to 19 hours, 17 cellars will be open for you. Male choirs from Zidnice and Archlebov will provide live entertainment. From 19 hours, evening gathering with music for visitors free of charge.

Sklepy v obci is a spread-out network of wine cellars belonging to the Šardice winemakers, who are organised in the Mendelův vinařský spolek association. Šardice falls within the Slovácká wine sub-region, and its vineyard tracts have been documented since the 13th century. The association holds several open-cellar events each year - a spring opening, a night-time edition and the summer Šardické sklepy dokořán - where visitors taste wines straight from the producers, with cimbalom music as accompaniment.
