Meeting with Indian yoga teacher Anand Semalti: yoga and meditation practice, lecture on Ayurveda and modern life. Small group of up to 30 participants.

About the venue: Yoga Blue Art Studio

A yoga studio in the Vinohrady district of Prague, located on náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad. The main focus is hot yoga - 90-minute sessions held in a room heated to 37-39 °C, which allows for deeper poses. The studio emphasises physiotherapeutically correct execution of asanas; on Tuesdays and Thursdays classes also run in an unheated hall. Instruction is available in Czech and English.

About: Anand Semalti

Born in Badrinath in the Himalayas, Anand Semalty holds the Acharya title from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University in Varanasi and passes on yoga exactly as he received it - directly from Himalayan yogis. Every summer he travels to Europe to teach asana, pranayama and meditation in both English and German.
