Tady Vary 2025/26 – Spring Season is the second part of the third edition of a subscription-based film season organized by Czech cinemas in collaboration with KVIFF Events. The spring programme features 6 pre-premiere Wednesday evenings in over 70 cinema halls across the Czech Republic, from 7 January to 10 June 2026.
Screening dates at Kino O Ostrava and programme:
– 7 January – Iranian moral thriller A Minor Accident by Jafar Panahi (Golden Palm winner at Cannes, 105 min.)
– 11 February – Czech "covid western" by Ondřej Hudečka set in a Moravian town
– 4 March – Bride!, a reinterpretation of the Frankenstein myth by Maggie Gyllenhaal with Christian Bale and Jessie Buckley
– 1 April – drama by Kristoffer Borgli with Zendaya and Robert Pattinson
– 6 May – Icelandic film What Love Left Behind by Hlynur Pálmason (109 min.)
– 10 June – film by Fernando Eimbcke (99 min., title to be revealed during spring)
Spring subscription (6 tickets for the price of 5) is on sale at www.tadyvary.cz; prices vary by cinema. The subscription is transferable. The main partner of the project is the ČEZ Group.
