The Chamber Music Festival Český Krumlov offers a unique series of concerts at the beginning of summer. In the jubilee 40th edition of the festival, you will experience a Baroque night at the castle, a jazz evening, a nocturne with wine, or 1950s rock'n'roll.

About the venue: Státní hrad a zámek Český Krumlov

Český Krumlov Castle stands on a rocky headland above the Vltava river and is the second largest castle complex in the Czech Republic after Prague Castle. The site comprises forty buildings around five courtyards and seven hectares of baroque garden, with building phases from the 14th to the 19th century preserved in remarkable completeness. In 1992 it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List together with the historic town centre. The baroque theatre of 1767 is among the best-preserved of its kind anywhere in the world.
