The event is held with financial support from the City of Brno and under the patronage of the mayor of Brno-Řečkovice and Mokrá Hora, Marek Viskot.

About: Pacifik

Pacifik is a Czech country, tramp and folk band founded in 1971 by musicians from the former groups Drnkači and Mantrap. One of its founders was bandleader Tony Linhart, a prominent figure in Czech country music. The band continues to perform, keeping alive the tradition of Czech tramp and folk music.

This Brno trio brings an unusual angle to the songs of the Ryvola brothers - skipping the well-known hits in favour of overlooked pieces, reshaped in their own sound. All three members carry years of experience from the broader Brno music scene.

Poutníci are a folk and bluegrass band from Brno, Czech Republic, formed in the 1970s. They became a notable act on the Czech folk scene. Among their members was singer and lyricist Robert Křesťan, who left the band in 1991 to co-found Druhá tráva with banjoist Luboš Malina.

Miroslav Paleček is a Czech singer-songwriter and guitarist active on the folk and chanson scene since the late 1960s. He launched his career with a street performance on Charles Bridge in 1968 and has been associated with Prague's Semafor theatre and the PORTA folk festival. He is known for setting Czech poetry to music.
