Sound Bath & Aromatherapy in Hammocks at AnYo

Sound bath with crystal singing bowls and aromatherapy in hammocks - Sunday, September 6 at 6 PM, Studio AnYo, Máchova 2, Prague 2 (nearest tram stop: Jana Masaryka). Session length: 120 minutes.

You will spend most of the time lying in a hammock, relaxing and being guided by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments combined with guided meditation. Lying in a hammock deepens the experience. Aromatherapy is also included.

What to bring: blanket, comfortable clothing, socks. For extra comfort, you can bring a pillow and eye mask. Suitable for complete beginners - no prior experience needed.
