About the venue: Jazz Tibet Club

Jazz Tibet Club is a music club, restaurant and bar in the heart of Olomouc, housed in a historic 15th-century building that once served as a salt warehouse. Founded in 1994, it regularly hosts concerts spanning jazz, blues, indie/rock, folk and electronic music, as well as film screenings, theatre productions and discussions. The fully equipped stage and spacious hall are also available for private hire.

About: Sugar and Spice holding company

Sugar and Spice holding company is an improvising power trio from Olomouc, built around guitarist and vocalist Radim Paleček, bassist Tomáš Herkeľ and drummer Tomáš Hégr. The band grew out of casual jam sessions and plays a mix of original songs and covers spanning rock, funk and soul. Their second album came out via Supraphon distribution, and the vinyl compilation I/II sold out its launch at the Olomouc Museum of Art.
