An audiovisual walk following Hermann Hesse's novella
Participants embark on a journey through the story of Siddhartha, a Brahmin's son seeking truth and life's meaning. They will pass through twelve stations — twelve chapters of Hermann Hesse's Indian poem narrated by Daniel Krejčík — wearing headphones, moving through Prague's natural landscapes. Translated from German by Miloš Černý.
The production is designed as an audiowalk. To participate, you will need a smartphone with mobile data connection, your own headphones, and comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor terrain. The performance takes place in the open air and continues in mildly unfavourable weather.
The route begins at the Toulcův dvůr tram stop and ends at the Newtonova stop. The total route length is approximately 4 km and requires normal physical fitness.
Narration: Daniel Krejčík
