TŮMA, HŮLOVÁ: From Deep Distress to All-Embracing Light — Baroque Complex Kuks, Kuks

A musical journey through the Kuks hospital featuring a unique keyboard concept based on four organ-type instruments built by Michal Novák (Sandrik Giovannino de Provolone workshop): positiv, organeto (medieval hand-pumped organ), regál (reed-stop instrument), and organo legno (all-wooden Italian-type organ). The programme includes works by old masters and compositions and improvisations by Jaroslav Tůma, with violin accompaniment by Lucie Sedláková Hůlová.
