Sport was born from play. Play began when we felt safe. When we had space and energy to simply play. Shall we play? Shall we be at the start together?

A performance full of movement, emotion, images, euphoria, anger and victory. Cirk La Putyka returns to the very beginning of sport – to its roots, to why it all started. From ancient Athens in sun and dust to the lives of today's professional athletes. What does the path to a dream look like? What happens in your head a second before the starting shot? How does it feel to return to training after an injury? What do athletes experience when things aren't working, when everything hurts and nothing functions?

The performance emerges from joint training sessions with Olympians, sports laboratory workshops and live exploration of movement in extreme conditions. St.art is a celebration of the body, endurance and the human desire to transcend one's own limits.
