Katarzia launches its new album at Palác Akropolis in Prague's Žižkov district on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, with support from Meowlau and Vojtik. The Palác Akropolis is a multifunctional cultural center built in 1927 by architect Rudolf Václav Svoboda. Its main hall, seating 700, sits in the basement and is complemented by a smaller stage, café, and restaurant. This Prague date is one of two Czech tour stops for Katarzia - the second takes place in October in Ostrava at Barrák.

About the venue: Palác Akropolis

Palác Akropolis is a multifunctional cultural centre in Prague's Žižkov district, built in 1927 by architect Rudolf Václav Svoboda. The basement houses the main hall with a capacity of 700, complemented by a small stage, café, bars and a restaurant. As a hub of independent culture, it hosts over 900 events a year — concerts, theatre, exhibitions and film screenings across genres. At the end of the 20th century it was revived as the home stage of the "Prague Five", the best known of which was the Sklep Theatre.

About: Meowlau

Meowlau is the solo project of Slovak musician Laura Jašková, previously known from the band Billy Barman and the duo Meowlau x Val. In February 2026 she released her debut album Kvety - a personal, at times raw record that moves between indie and post-punk. Live, she is backed by bassist Kristián Foľvarský and drummer Vladoš Paška.

About: Vojtik

Vojtik is the stage name of Slovak singer-songwriter Vojtech Klinec, who blends hyperpop, bedroom pop and rap. His breakthrough came with the single "Detvianský sen", a personal account of growing up queer and Romani in a small Slovak town. He moves freely between Slovak and Romani, and his releases range from the folk-rooted EP KHAMARO to the ten-track album Kvety z Podpoľania.
