KATARZIA - ALBUM RELEASE + SUPPORT ► MEOWLAU + VOJTIK
Album release concert for Katarzia with support from Meowlau and Vojtik at Prague's Palác Akropolis.
Meowlau is the solo project of Slovak multi-instrumentalist Laura Jašková, best known as the bassist of Billy Barman and from the earlier duo Meowlau x Val with Valentína Vlková. Her debut album Kvety, produced by Matej Turcer, came out in February 2026 - a candid, at times raw record that moves between indie and post-punk. She first built an audience through solo bass-cover videos that drew attention well beyond Slovakia.
Meowlau performed at the Pohoda 2026 festival in Trenčín, where she presented her debut album Kvety to a live audience.
Meowlau performed at the Bratislava festival Sharpe 2026 on the Rádio_FM stage.
The premiere of the debut album Kvety took place on April 11 at the Bratislava DK Zrkadlový háj with guests who contributed to its creation.
On February 20, 2026, the debut album Kvety was released - ten tracks released under the Virgin Music Label And Artist Services label, also available on vinyl.
The first single of Meowlau's solo project was the track Ruksak, for which a music video was created, filmed in the industrial environment of a welding workshop.
