Bike Bus Brdy: Dobřichovice – Mníšek pod Brdy – Kytín 2026
Černolice
A special Bike Bus PID line (designation CYK 1) runs every weekend and on public holidays from 21 March to 1 November 2026 along the route Dobřichovice station – Černolice – Řitka – Mníšek pod Brdy square – Mníšek pod Brdy chapel – Kytín village. The bus with trailer accommodates up to 25 bicycles. Departures from Dobřichovice at 8:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30 and 16:30; return services from Kytín at 9:25, 11:25, 13:25 and 15:25. Connections are made in Dobřichovice with S7 line trains (Prague – Řevnice – Beroun route) in both directions. The cost of transporting a bicycle is 23 CZK when paid via app or 25 CZK from the driver; passengers pay according to PID tariffs. The line is suitable for families with children and cyclists who prefer not to tackle the steep climbs from the Vltava and Berounka valleys. From the Černolice stop you can head directly into the Brdy forests or to the Černolice rocks. From Mníšek pod Brdy and Kytín, marked cycling and hiking routes lead into the heart of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area, for example to the Padrť ponds or to the Atom Museum Javor 51.
