Kapela Nástroje performs original bar-folk compositions with a repertoire ranging from hits connected to Prague neighbourhoods (Koktejl Barrandov, Podolí není Montmarte) through balladic stories (Zakládám kapelu, PražSKA) to humorous pieces (Kobyla, Hovada na vodě).

The band's symphonic lineup typically includes four vocalists, several guitars, black and white keyboards, double bass, drums, violin, clarinet, tenor saxophone, and other instruments. The ensemble features a guitarist with punk roots, a vocalist from a swing orchestra, a pianist from a Jethro Tull revival, a footballer, a singer of early baroque music, and a singing mountaineer — resulting in a delightful Skandál.
