X. Hnanice Wine Trail Through Vineyards in Podyjí National Park

The tenth edition of the Hnanice Wine Trail offers at least 14 tasting stops at local wineries, tours of Hnanice vineyards and private cellars, and an accompanying cultural programme. The route passes through significant vineyard plots of the Hnanice municipality; winemakers will present their wines directly in the vineyards and discuss topics of viticulture, winemaking, and Hnanice terroir in the setting of Podyjí National Park.

Registration and the start of the trail take place from 10:00 to 13:00 at a stand at the beginning of Sklepní ulička in Hnanice (approximately 100 m from the bus stop, see map). Participants can set out individually at any time after registration, but no later than 13:00. The entry fee is 300 CZK in advance or 400 CZK on the day; this includes a tasting glass, a route map with marked stops, and two vouchers worth 100 CZK each (200 CZK total) towards the purchase of a bottle of wine. Participants can collect stamps from wineries at each stop – those who collect stamps from all wineries are automatically entered into a draw; results are announced via an app directly to the participant.

After the trail ends, the programme continues with Small Open Cellars on Sklepní ulička, where visitors can relax, taste wines not offered on the trail, and purchase bottles directly from the winemakers. At the same time, from 15:00 on sv. Wolfgang Square, the local Babské hody (Babsk Festivities) take place.
