Ecstatic Dance is a form of free, spontaneous movement — simply let your body move to the rhythm of the music. The dance is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

Evening schedule:
17:45 – space opens, arrival, welcome
18:00 – opening circle, introduction to Ecstatic Dance
18:15 – Ecstatic Dance (DJ Petr Douša)
20:15 – closing sharing
20:30 – community gathering (location to be confirmed)

Ecstatic Dance rules:
– We dance without alcohol and drugs.
– No photos or videos during the dance.
– We do not speak while dancing.
– We dance barefoot.
