A guided tour from the "Monumental Žilina" series will present artworks in public spaces within broader historical, architectural, and social contexts.
The tour will be led by Kristína Hermanová and Michal Chudík, who will explain the creation of individual works, their significance, and the transformation of public space in the context of housing estate development. The route will pass through the Hliny VI, Hliny V, and Hliny VII housing estates and focus on various forms of artistic creation in these settlements.
The tour will conclude in the city centre during the "Old Town Festival".
