Winemaker Weeks at Šaldorf Cellars 2026

Winemaker Weeks is a regular seasonal event organized by the Šaldorf Cellars association, held annually from late April through late September (in 2026 from April 27 to September 27). Each day at least one wine cellar is open at Šaldorf Cellars — winemakers take turns by the week, always from Monday to Sunday. Open from 17:00 to 21:00. During July and August, two cellars are open, though you will often find many more open cellars in the alleyways. Each winemaker offers tastings of their own wines, seating, and refreshments according to their individual offerings. The schedule of services for individual winemakers is published on the association's website and on information boards in the cellar alleyways. Šaldorf Cellars are located in the village of Nový Šaldorf-Sedlešovice, about 2 km from Znojmo, in the South Moravian Region. The Znojmo wine trail runs through the village. The village has nearly 200 wine cellars, some of which form a heritage-protected cellar alley called "Blue Cellars".
