Tuesday – Improvisation: Žižkostel in Motion 2026

The third edition of the Žižkostel in Motion festival takes place from July 20–24 in the iconic main hall of Žižkostel. In addition to workshops for adults, it offers daily afternoon classes for parents with children. The programme brings together contemporary dance, voice work, contact and theatrical improvisation, new circus and movement theatre — featuring prominent figures from the Czech independent scene, including Ridina Ahmedová, Věra Ondrašíková and Alžběta Tichá.

- Jakub and Helena Urban: Acro-yoga for children and their parents – 15:00–16:00
- Václav Wortner: Metronome – 16:30–18:00
- Pavla Vítek Sedláčková: Power or too little? – 18:15–19:45
- Tomáš Wortner: Contact improvisation – 20:00–21:30
