Within each of us exist two types of energy – the masculine and feminine principle. They are not in conflict; we have simply grown accustomed to separating them. We move between them, and sometimes unconsciously favour one side at the expense of the other.

This cuddle meditation explores the theme of unifying polarities – what becomes possible when we give space to both principles simultaneously.
