Bach, Farkas, Rejcha, Arnold

On Friday, 15 May 2026 at 19:00, the wind quintet Kvintesence will perform at Bělohradská sýpka. The ensemble consists of musicians from the Hradec Králové Philharmonic: flautist Eliška Hejhalová, oboist Markéta Postlerová, clarinetist Marek Pavíček, bassoonist David Urban, and French horn player Dominika Gúberová. The programme features works by Johann Christian Bach, Antonín Rejcha, Ferenc Farkas, and Malcolm Arnold – compositions that trace the development of music from Classicism to twentieth-century modernism.
