Clemency

An Italian president (Toni Servillo) faces two requests for clemency for crimes of passion and a controversial law before leaving office. To make his decision, he must first come to terms with the recent death of his beloved wife and suspicions of her infidelity — the answer to the secret that haunts him is known to only one person.
