European Diversity Day 2026

May is traditionally European Diversity Month, and its culmination is European Diversity Day.

This year's edition will focus on the transformation of the world of work in the era of artificial intelligence – alongside new opportunities, this era also brings the risk of deepening inequalities. The central theme will therefore be how to build the future of work on the values of diversity, equality, inclusion, and responsibility.
