The programme opens with a channelling meditation led by Kristýna Edmonds Hessová, followed by a dance set with DJ Petr Douša. The evening closes with a closing meditation, sharing circle, and time together over tea.
Evening Schedule
- 17:30 – space opening, arrival, welcome
- 18:00 – opening circle, introduction to Ecstatic Dance
- 18:15 – channelling meditation (Kristýna Edmonds Hessová)
- 18:45 – Ecstatic Dance (DJ Petr Douša)
- 20:45 – closing meditation and sharing
- 21:00 – tea time and refreshments together
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines
- We dance without alcohol or drugs.
- No photos or videos are taken during the dance.
- We do not speak while dancing.
- We dance barefoot.
