Description was written before the event

The exhibition explores the motif of a trunk and magical ore that can fulfill wishes. The ore installation is the heart of the exhibition, which presents a cross-section of the Duchařský collective in relation to their long-term collaboration with the Game Media Atelier at FaVU VUT.

About the venue: OFF/FORMAT Gallery

OFF/FORMAT is a small independent gallery tucked in the courtyard wing of a building on Gorkého street in Brno, founded in 2011. It focuses on presenting young, mostly Czech artists and deliberately stays open to different media and content - the name itself signals a refusal to be pinned down by categories. The gallery regularly hosts exhibitions and runs an open call called VÝTĚR, pairing artists with art theorists.
