Distorted Image. Chapters from the Origins of Video Art

The exhibition explores the beginnings of video art in former Czechoslovakia, Poland, and Hungary from the late 1960s to the mid-1990s. It presents experimental films, performance recordings, early animations, video magazines, and video installations, with emphasis on the local context and Brno's role in the development of video art.
