Aleš Brázdil – Tender Blue

A cycle of paintings freely inspired by motifs from Béla Tarr's film Satantango. The character Estike opens questions about perception, deception, and the loss of illusions. Blue and cool tones reinforce the impression of dematerialization and the transition between reality and dream.
