Open Air Festival of the Ostrava Children's Choir ZUŠ E. Marhuly

The Open Air Festival of the Ostrava Children's Choir ZUŠ E. Marhuly will take place on 13 June 2026 in the Poruba amphitheatre (Letní scéna Amfi – DK Poklad Ostrava). The venue opens at 16:00, with the live programme starting at 17:00. The festival is the closing event of the choir's school year; the ensemble regularly collaborates with the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava and participates in domestic and international competitions.

The evening opens with a vernissage of the visual arts department of ZUŠ. All sections of the Ostrava Children's Choir will then perform – Skřivánci, Slavíci, Kosi and the main choir – accompanied by a live band of ZUŠ teachers. During the evening, selected ZUŠ students and Aneta Šebestová will also perform. The entire evening is hosted by moderator Lada Bělašková. The evening concludes with the band DNESKA from Divadlo Mír.

The ticket price includes light refreshments (sausage in a roll / cake / ice cream…) and a drink (lemonade / coffee / beer…). A wider selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food will also be available on site.
