A "Covid western" by Ondřej Hudecek, awarded at the Sundance Festival for his short film Furiant, follows a small-time thief who, after his release from prison, becomes entangled in a series of insurance frauds—this time to help local businesses survive. The film blends dark comedy, drama, satire, and crime, depicting a community where the boundaries between good and evil blur in extraordinary times. The authentic atmosphere of Strážnice is enhanced by local dialect, a cast of non-professional actors, and striking performances by Matyáš Řezníček, Filip Kaňkovský, Václav Neužil, and Stanislav Majer.
