Young Sparks returns to Prague's Divadlo GONG, this time with special guests.

On stage will be New Aliquot together with David Benda, who is among the most respected bluegrass musicians in the Czech Republic and worldwide.

About the venue: GONG Theatre

Divadlo GONG is a cultural and educational community centre of Prague 9, a contributory organisation located on Sokolovská Street in the Vysočany district. It hosts theatre performances by ensembles from Prague and beyond, musical events across various genres including regular jazz evenings, and educational programmes. The venue features a Large and a Small Stage and runs the Gong dětem project dedicated to theatre for children and youth.

About: New Aliquot

New Aliquot is a Czech bluegrass and new acoustic quartet from the Jeseníky Mountains, formed in 2016 by former members of the well-regarded band Křeni. Ondra Kozák, Pavel Duda, Vít Hanulík, and Karel Začal play original songs and instrumentals alongside their own arrangements of roots music. The band took second place at the La Roche Bluegrass Festival band contest in 2019 and has released two albums: It Takes Time (2019) and Keep Going (2024).
