About

New Aliquot is a Czech bluegrass and new acoustic quartet from the Jeseníky Mountains, formed in 2016 by former members of the well-regarded band Křeni. Ondra Kozák, Pavel Duda, Vít Hanulík, and Karel Začal play original songs and instrumentals alongside their own arrangements of roots music. The band took second place at the La Roche Bluegrass Festival band contest in 2019 and has released two albums: It Takes Time (2019) and Keep Going (2024).
