Whole Animefest (advance until May 13): CZK 1,600; from May 14 and onsite: CZK 2,200. VIP: CZK 6,000. Dragon VIP: CZK 8,000. Saturday+Sunday (arrival after 15:00 Sat): CZK 1,400. Sunday only: CZK 700 (onsite). Children 0–8: free. Children 9–12: 50% discount. Family ticket (2 adults + 1–3 children 9–12): advance CZK 3,200, onsite CZK 4,400.

Animefest is the largest Czech festival for fans of Japanese comics (manga) and animated films (anime), organized by the Brno Otaku Association since 2004. The 21st edition takes place May 22–24, 2026 at the Brno Exhibition Grounds (BVV).

The programme includes screenings of classic and latest anime films, workshops (painting on Japanese fans, dance workshops, and more), lectures, cosplay contests, console gaming, a fighting arena, board games, and live music performances. Confirmed musical guests include the bands Rolling Quartz and Ash Da Hero. The festival also features Animefest AsianStyle AFterparty vol. 10 at the Fléda club (May 23, 21:30–04:00).

Entry is by wristband exchanged for a ticket upon arrival. On-site accommodation is available for wristband holders, with limited capacity. Transport: trolleybus 25 or 26, Konečného náměstí stop.
