Richy
Alfred ve dvoře, Prague
We are witnessing the end of a global era. How do we prepare for what comes next, or how do we live in techno-feudalism, where a gang of billionaire pedophiles controls most of our lives? Is political activism still useful, or should we instead prepare for the end of the world? Whatever the outcome, one thing is certain: we are all exhausted by this situation.
In his new production, Arman Kupelyan explores these questions through his distinctive blend of clowning and butoh dance. His character Richy searches for mechanisms and strategies to cope with these chaotic times. And he allows audiences to find solace in shared feelings. Let us hope that a world of love and empathy survives Darwinian evolution.
