The first edition of the Chotěboř festival took place on 17 August 2024 and continued the tradition of defunct brewery celebrations - the main partner was Pivovar Chotěboř.

About: Doga

Doga, a Czech hard rock band established in 1988 in Karviná, is led by guitarist and vocalist Roman 'Izzi' Izaiáš, the sole composer of all material. The band has released eleven studio albums across three decades, with the last two achieving gold certification and Respekt (2021) reaching platinum status. Performing over 80 shows annually, Doga stands as one of the most prolific and enduring acts in Czech rock.

About: Panoptiko

Panoptiko, a Moravian alternative metal band established in 2021, features members who perform under masked stage personas including Lord Panoptik, Don Balkoni, Baron von Telephon, Señor Farkas, and Dr. Konektor. Their debut album Poslední tango (2021) sold out in ten days and achieved Gold record status. The band released their third album Nirvana in November 2025 and held its christening concert at a sold-out Prague Forum Karlín venue in January 2026.

About: WALDA GANG

Walda Gang is a Prague-based rock ensemble established by Vláďa Šafránek, former vocalist of Harlej, as a tribute to Waldemar Matuška. The group earned its standing through hard-hitting rock interpretations of Matuška's works alongside other Czech and international compositions, performing regularly at festivals throughout the country. Following Šafránek's death in September 2018, the band has continued operating and remains an active presence on the Czech rock scene.

About: Protheus

Protheus is the solo project of Czech singer Jan Macků (born 1983 in Chrudim), who took the name from his time leading the metal band Dymytry (2005-2023). Following a farewell concert at Prague's O2 Arena in November 2023, Macků has devoted himself fully to his own band. He has released three studio albums - Závislosti (2022), Nepřestávej snít (2023) and Svět lidí (2025) - moving away from metal toward melodic rock and significantly expanding his listener base.
