The tenth annual beer hike featuring tastings of special beers and an ascent to Mount Zvičina. Starting in the centre of Bílá Třemešná at Dvůr Králové nad Labem on 18 July 2026 between 10:00 and 13:00.

Route

A ten-kilometre loop beneath the Krkonoše mountains with views of the Krkonoše, Orlické Mountains and Český Ráj. Mount Zvičina has an observation tower. The route is also marked in an easier terrain variant suitable for prams and is accompanied by information boards about local attractions.

Beer on the Route

Eight beers from various microbreweries across the country and abroad are served along the route, each poured from a pre-chilled barrel. Classic Czech lagers and top-fermented styles (IPA, APA, Berliner Weisse, Gose and others) are featured. The first beer included with your ticket will be poured from a prototype mobile tank filled directly at the brewery and brought to the site the day before. Throughout the day, another tank serving a light 11° beer from Trautenberk brewery will be available for purchase in the area.

Admission

The ticket price includes an all-day programme, band performances, quizzes, competitions, a decorated beer glass with the event logo, a festival lanyard with a starting card and beer on the route. Four options are available: one third litre, half litre, double measure and non-alcoholic for drivers.

Bands

After the hike, concerts from bands of various genres follow.

Food and Further Information

Burgers, grilled chicken, goulash from a cauldron, vegetarian delicacies and more are available in the area. Restaurants along the route – Hotel Lázně pod Zvičinou and Raisova Chata on Zvičina – also offer refreshments. Camping is possible in a designated area.
