Šardice falls within the Slovácká wine sub-region, and its vineyard tracts have been documented since the 13th century. The association holds several open-cellar events each year - a spring opening, a night-time edition and the summer Šardické sklepy dokořán - where visitors taste wines straight from the producers, with cimbalom music as accompaniment.
