Do Memory Institutions Need Government Support?

The previous government established it, the current government abolished it. Such a description fits many bodies, but this time we are talking about the Government Council for the Memory Agenda. Is such a body needed in the current conditions? What did it manage to accomplish during its existence? And how is memory culture faring in Czechia?
