Festival Symbioza Brno

One day, 30 lectures and workshops exploring what makes life good - body, mind, meaning, relationships, and the world around us. The festival doesn't offer a blueprint for the perfect life, but suggests a few directions worth exploring.

Five pillars shape the festival: movement, psychology, planet, purpose, and connection. The idea is straightforward: a good life isn't built from separate parts. When you move, you sleep and think better. When your mind is calmer, you make better decisions. When you know your values, you find balance in work and life more easily. When you spend time in nature, you perceive the world more fully. And at the heart of it all is connection - people, community, new contacts, and conversations that wouldn't happen elsewhere.

The programme features lectures in three halls with speakers from various fields, workshops in three rooms for hands-on practice, panel discussions, and informal meetings between guests and visitors. The festival also includes a market with local brands, producers, and community projects.
